Located between Saint-Augustin village - the village of Saint-Scholastique -and Sainte-Monique in Mirabel you'll find lands previously expropriated that are beginning to retreived their total identity.

A sugar shack for "production only" we do not serve meals. Tradition continues from Stanislas to Réjean and Jonathan will continue the small-scale production of Sucrerie Huot.

Nature is beautiful there. An agricultural and maple farming area surround us, an equestrian site and a large agricultural training center. Sugar shacks of all categories are present. The residential sector is also expanding.

The Maple Shack Huot, 11940 Cote des Saints road, at Mirabel, on appointment only from March and April: a smoke column growing flowing in the sky is a sign that we are on maple syrup production for an other year. Need more information on how itininaries click here
